Our Staff

Our agency is made up of an experienced, well-trained and professional staff.  All agents are licensed by the State of Alabama and are required to maintain continuing education courses.

Certification

In addition to the required state licensing, some staff members have obtained higher certification.  These include:  CIC - Certified Insurance Counselor and CISR - Certified Insurance Service Representative. These certifications are highly regarded and recognized throughout the nation.  They require a series of study, lecture and examinations.
